Owner did not respond immediately and I didn't know how to get into the apartment causing me to panic. Also, it is on the 4th floor but the lights do not turn on automatically in the hall and stairs. The first night I had to use my phone to see up the stairs. There is a light at the bottom but the first day I didn't see it. Other places the lights have motion censors in the stairways.

Great for two day stay in Zagreb - lots of stairs mind!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Well decorated with a queen-size bed and modern bath. Conveniently located a few blocks from several tram stops. Very safe and secure residence. Downside is that the apartment is a fourth floor walk up (especially tough when bringing up luggage) and the building is on a dark side street off a main road surrounded by graffiti buildings. Can be hard to find at first. Overall great stay however.

Es un departamento por lo tanto no hay recepción, las instrucciones enviadas por el dueño via WhatsApp fueron claras y precisas, no hubo ningún inconveniente.
