1. The hotel is not soundproof, in the room (307) can hear all the voices of the housekeeping staff outside as well as the voice of the front desk switchboard talking with housekeeping 2. The hotel does not respect the privacy of customers wearing clothes. Although operating in the accommodation business, it is very important to keep the privacy of guests. The hotel allows outside guests to take pictures outside the door & inside the hotel. - First time: 5 months ago, I stayed at the hotel for the first time (room 60m2), the condition was terrible, 4-5 models & deputy photographer took pictures inside & outside the hotel for hours both morning and afternoon, The staff and clothes are so scattered in the lobby that guests don't have a seat to use. The lobby has 2 toilets, the models go in and out to change continuously, 1 model occupies 1 toilet for many hours. Even model & photographer have the right to go to the hallway on my floor to take pictures in the hallway, stand for hours in front of my door. I opened the door to meet them. When I was still in my room, I couldn't live comfortably when someone else was standing right outside my door taking pictures for hours. And I'm using the most expensive room ks. I have given this hotel a very serious comment when checking-out and telling the hotel if there is no improvement I will not come back to the hotel again. The hotel reception apologized & promised to notify the management to take remedial measures. - 2nd time (return this time): the condition persists, only reducing the frequency. After 1 night, the room is not soundproof, can't rest, can't sleep every morning every noon because of the outside noise of the housekeeping team, the continuous opening and closing of other rooms, and there is still a team taking pictures in front of the hotel door causing trouble. inconvenient & not private for myself when moving into the property, I decided to check out and complain to the reception. Reception has apologized that the hotel has reduced the frequency of guests coming to take photos and will notify the management of my comments. The problem is not to reduce the frequency, but to immediately close this service because no one wants to go to a hotel without ensuring quietness & privacy for customers. I will not come back to this hotel again.
