With the hotel space is narrow Not airy. Suffocating. Small room. The hotel arranged the room not according to the booking through travle. The hotel arbitrarily changed the guest's room. The guest has to climb 1 floor. There is no elevator.

Still feel the quality is not commensurate with the price paid. The interior is quite old and monotonous. The staff is enthusiastic and often asks and talks to customers.

Rooms clean, hotel staff are helpful and the location is very good, close to tourist sites.

Excellent staff. Nice circumstances. Not dirty toilet.

Not free breakfast as booking information via app. The room is quite small, the lift cannot reach the destination. Must bring items up 1 floor.

Nice room, polite and cheerful staff, right where I live is the center, step out of the door with too much food, there is a staff to clean the room without prompting, clean, cool, hot and cold water, full tea cf that's enough

The rooms are big and comfortable. The hotel has an elevator which is a plus. The bathroom is big. The breakfast has a nice verity. The staff is amazingly friendly and very helpful. They even took us on a bike to buy souvenir on my last day. Highly recommended

All of the staff are very friendly & helpful 👍 at first our first impression of the hotel is “small” so we think our room will be small too. But its quite big & spacious. The hotel is so clean, breakfast’s so good, near the hoan kiem lake & old town market. Easy to find foods 👍
