Short drive to grocery store, LCBO, and a cute park with lots of pretty flower gardens to walk my small dog. Owner was friendly and responsive. Was able to get some laundry cleaned for a reasonable price. The suite had two bedrooms on the top floor with a bathroom and the kitchen was on the main floor. It felt like an apartment. It was okay. They need to work on cleanliness - the carpets and floors were not very clean.

Not bad but room for improvement. Lots of space included. Staff are super friendly and eager to please. But it's in need of some refreshing (rusty items, peeling paint, broken things, etc). Cleaning could also be improved a bit. Some hairs in the beds and on the towels. Cups in the cupboards appeared unclean. Seems like the owner may be new and is slowly working on the place? Overall I would return if I had to stay in Chapleau but I might test out another place to compare.

Stayed for 2 nights for a staycation and it was great. The beds and towels were nice and clean and comfortable and there was lots of room to relax! Will definitely do it again!

Best spot to stay in Chapleau. Have full kitchens and lots of space

Customer service is exceptional. Anything you need, just ask and it will appear! Rooms are clean and spacious. Perfect for extended stay or family because of apartment style, which includes 2 bedrooms and bath on top floor while living space is on main floor. You will not find a luxury resort in Chapleau but, in terms of service/cleanliness/comfort, I recommend this place.
