The parking situation was not at all as advertised. The room was clean, but very uncomfortable. Security staff were extremely unhelpful upon arrival.

Price and location were great for exploring downtown Montreal!

The location was very walkable and inside had a cool vibe! Perfect for our stay, enjoyed the breakfast included, can’t beat for the affordability of the room and the amenities included!

Rooms are really basic with no TV but common areas are pretty acceptable. Location is great. Shops and restaurants are at walkable distance.

The staff were so genuine and happy to assist at all times, the property has excellent security, the rooms are great value, and the breakfast was awesome!! I will be back and would recommend staying here to anyone looking to travel to montreal.

The only problem I found is that they don't have a luggage storage service, so I had to walk around 200 m. or more to find a place to store, and I paid 10 CAD per bag.

Overall a good place to stay. Breakfast was excellent, room very clean, and great location. Air conditioning was broken and upper floors very warm when we arrived. Luckily the temp outside dropped or we would not have been able to sleep. Parking garage terrible and no TV or mini fridge in rooms.

Overall it was an average stay. We are a couple and took the standard 2 single beds room thinking that we two would be able to sleep on 1 single bed, but it was enough for 1 only. So we had to sleep in 2 separate beds (lol) The AC was not working properly for our room which was quite uncomfortable as it was May end. And was around 18-20 degrees. The parking adjacent to us was closed, so we parked one day on road as it was free due to weekend. And for next day parked at 500 sherbrooke street which was near and an underground parking. The Eaton centre was walking distance , we walked 20 minutes to old Montreal, Notre dame etc. Mount royal was 15 munutes drive.so most places were near. The best part was the breakafast with multiple options such as fruits, scrambled eggs , bacon, youghurt, muffins, coffee , cereals etc. The staff was both English and French speaking which was good for us.

Great location. Check in and check out was a breeze. Rooms were nice and very clean. The breakfast was advertised as continental so was pleasantly surprised that they were also offering hot items (eggs, bacon etc.). Fantastic price. Will definitely be staying again on return visits to Montreal, the best and most beautiful city in Canada in my opinion.

Great Weekend Stay Really nice place to stay for the weekend! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. The only small suggestion I have is to consider adding a hairdryer to the rooms, which would be a great convenience. Other than that, everything was excellent. Breakfast is always delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Would definitely come back!
