Overall the hotel is good but the cleanliness of the room is starting from the dirty sheets, lots of hair and tissue on the floor + the room smells of cigarette smoke even though we booked a non-smoking room.

Bad smell in toilet change room no option he said full booked.

The bathroom smells bad. Lots of crust.

The staff is friendly and the housekeeping department should pay more attention to the SOP for entering the room, knock on the door 2/3 times before opening it or enter with the key if it is locked, there is no need to knock because the guest is still inside.

This hotel is sufficient enough for stay in business trip or transit, the room is clean, the staff are friendly and responsive, Decent facilities according to the price and nearby food centre & minimarket.

The worst hotel, the service is not friendly, the soap dispenser is broken and can't be removed at all, the towels are dull, and what is certain is that the dish has peanut sauce stains, a little charge of 80 thousand, in other hotels it's not really like that hahaha :') I've just stayed here for the last time.

Some lights were not functioning. Toilet door was broken. No towels prepared, had to request for it. Soap dispenser was empty.
