For the price of 1 million +, the hotel has minimal attractions. The swimming pool cannot be used, everything cannot be used. The hotel is quiet so it's scary at night.

The place is comfortable, it's just that the hotel is still under renovation and construction so only 1 swimming pool can be used, hopefully in the future the water park will be good again and there will be more activities for children, the food is really delicious, for cheap food prices really for a resort size. All staff are friendly. Hopefully there will be more and more people.

The hotel is very dirty. Even when I asked to change the sheets, the mattress looked like it had a lot of sand and dead insects. I asked for help in vacuuming because it couldn't. The vacuum is dead, the solution is to install double sheets. Don't expect there to be a swimming pool like in the advertisement. Actually, there is no clean water. The only thing that can be used is the water is cloudy. When I took the photo it was being cleaned. Even though the position is 1 pm. And it's busy

Untuk harga per room/night di angka 2jt-an, nggak terlalu worth it. WaterPark ternyata lokasinya harus naik boogie/mobil. Banyak lahan ruang luas dan kosong, tapi nggak ada taman bermain anak atau kolam renang yang di dalam area hotel. Tree House yang kami sewa, masih lumayan tapi tidak ada tv kabel yang cukup memadai, pintu yang tidak bisa dikunci. Resepsionis ramah, makanan rasa lumayan tapi balik lagi ke situ kayaknya nggak deh. Harga segitu bisa dapat hotel bagus di Bandung.

Lokasi: Bagus, luas dan nyaman, dapat suasana tenang-nya, sayang sekali wahana-nya masih terbatas. Fasilitas: Kolam Renang/Water Park-nya lumayan terawat baik, tidak ada kerusakan, hanya tampilan-nya saja yang harus di per-cantik, karena banyak lumut-nya sehingga ber-potensi terpeleset. Kamar Tidur: Kasurnya bagus dan nyaman, bahkan tersedia extra bed, pencahayaan kamarnya bagus nyaman untuk istirahat, namun sayang, untuk kamar mandi kurang terawat baik. Makanan: Variasi sedikit dan rasanya juga kurang berasa

Karyawan hotel ramah-ramah, helpful dan fast response. 2. Makanan enak, menunya mayoritas indonesian food, rasanya enak.-1. Sedang ada konstruksi pembangunan hotel, bising, banyak material bangunan. 2. Wastafel rusak. 3. Cantolan baju kamar mandi rusak. 4. Kamar mandi bau apek. 5. Bantal sama kasur baunya agak apek. 6. Pertama kali masuk kamar ada 2 tai cicak besar di atas kasur. Untungnya pegawai fast response, jadi setelah komplain langsung diganti. 7. Akses hotel yang jauh dari keramaian, jauh dari indomart/alfamart. Gerbang masuk ke parkiran jauh, parkiran dari hotelnya jauh, jadi dari hotel diantar jemput pakai wara wiri (semacam mobil golf) ke tempat parkir. Wara wiri g 24 jam, cuma sampai jam 10 malam, pagi jam 5 kita mau pulang karena udah g nyaman di hotel tapi belum ready. Overall untuk harga 1,275k menurutku overprice ya dengan kondisi hotel yang kurang bersih dan terawat, juga lingkungan yang ga kondusif buat istirahat.

I'm really sorry about the service because there was an item that I missed the response to, but I've searched for it and there's no response anymore. Even though it is one of the best resorts, sorry the human resources are lacking.

Tidak cocok bawa anak. Hanya ada 4 channel TV. Fasilitas kamar juga gak oke. Saluran pembuangan mampet sana sini, ah pokoknya very bad dengan harga yang gak murah!

We stay at 3 bedroom treehouse so natural the ambience the wood so refreshing, the kids love it, the pool was so big and fun, the bird park is beautiful although it rained all day, definitely would come back

Does not match expectations between reality and seeing the photos. That's it, swimming has to pay again because buying tickets online is not buying on the spot. The swimming pool is not attractive, it's dirty like that, the breakfast menu is minimal and not tasty, the children are subject to another charge of 100 thousand / child. The water in the bathroom didn't go down immediately so it stagnated, my wife slipped and swelled up. The location of Sparks Forest Adventure is far from places to eat outside if you want to eat out, so when you want to find dinner you go far to the Sukabumi highway, it's also rare for places to eat, the best choice is Rumah Makan Padang. Sparks Forest Adventure has no other entertainment besides a swimming pool and an aviary and there are no other tourist/entertainment attractions near Sparks Forest Adventure so it's very boring.

Kamar Tree House tidak aman. Pintu yang dibisa kunci pake gembok cuma 1. Namun orang bisa manjat masuk ke pintu-pintu lain. Tak itu saya menyaksikan sendiri karyawan hotel mau benerin AC dengan cara memanjat. Saya salah pesan tanggal menginap. Akhirnya bayar lagi. Namun kuitansi tidak sesuai dengan apa yang dibayarkan. Sangat terkesan tidak profesional dan mengandung kecurigaan karena ternyata transfernya ke rek atas nama karyawan.

Keep it up. The environment is beautiful. The rooms are clean and smell good. Got a gallon too, wow, mantep. The breakfast is also good even though the menu is small.

Great place to stay for 1-2 days to cover Situ Gunung suspension bridge and other sukabumi attractions. Awesome food from Chef Pak Geon-top class.

The concept of lodging is different from most other resorts. The wooden rooms create a serene and romantic atmosphere. The waterpark is very wide, with many types of pools and slides. The food in the restaurant is good, breakfast is limited but the taste does not disappoint. All friendly staff.
