I booked the wrong room with 2 beds, but when I checked in, the hotel was still able to change to another room type without any additional charges.

The best thing about this hotel is the cleanliness of the room and the hotel. It's just that the room is not soundproof, even the sound of the activities of the next room can be heard. The location is a little far from the BTS statuon. But still reachable.

Clean rooms, close to everywhere, friendly staff and cheap food at htl

Its a new building. The room is spacious and clean, however the room is not soundproof. The location is quite far from big c, platinum, pratunam. The staff clean our room every day but they didn't mop the floor as I found a lot of hair on the floor.

Very clean and friendly. It's just a shame it's a bit far from the shopping area. But overall this hotel is recommended 🥰.

The hotel staff is super friendly. There are those who can speak Indonesian and a little bit of Malay. Hehe. Everyone is helpful and doesn't look like they're asking for tips 😂 Had a chance to try the massage, it was really good.. my place is also clean. It's just that it's a bit lacking, there's a lot of Indian food in the area, there's no other food. But close to platinum n centralword n big C hehe

The service is pretty decent, gotten an upgrade room upon arrival. However, many to reconsider this place. 1) Place is quite out of the way to get out of the area. 2) At night about 7pm onwards, there will be clubs playing loudly. You literally cannot sleep if you in the room (just wanted to rest) 3) doors closes very loudly otherwise you will be able to close properly. 4) The bedsheet has a little bit of stains. The price is reasonable but I won't be returning back with the cons than the pros.

Clean place, building and room is newly built, the water works well, location near indian cuisine restaurants area.

Gak rekomen kalau buat keluarga. Areanya berada di “little india” neighbourhood yang baru keliatan hidup kalau pagi atau malem banget, kalau jam 7an gitu kayak lumayan sepi, I think there 's other good option. Lokasinya juga masuk area private gitu, gak begitu strategis buat jalan kaki. Kalau pake gocar bisa sampe depan hotel tapi muacet bangett kemana mana, mending naik grabwin/ojek kemana mana. Kalau mau pesen taksi buat ke bandara spare waktu 30 menitan sbeleum jalan apalagi di peak hour karena macet bgt aksesnya. Sebenernya posisinya deket sama Central world/siam paragon (cuma 15-20 menit) tapi beneran enakan naik ride hailing kemana-mana. Kamar dibersihin cukup siang (mungkin jam 2an siang), shower kamar mandinya gak tertutup jd rentan becekk, ACnya ngadep kasur jd dingin banget, gak ada kolam renang. Staffnya helpful dan ada semacam cafenya gitu di lobby.

AC kamar terlalu besar dan saya sakit di sana demam gara-gara AC itu.
