My 4-day stay at Queens Hostel was an absolute nightmare and undoubtedly one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the environment felt uncomfortable and unpleasant. The hostel had serious hygiene and maintenance issues that made the stay extremely distressing. There were numerous bed bugs in the beds and duvets, making it almost impossible to rest properly and raising major concerns about cleanliness standards. To make matters worse, the structural parts of the bunk beds were worn out, dilapidated, loose, and unstable and there's no enough spaces to move in/between the bunk beds in the CUBICLE that they call hostel rooms. Sleeping on the bed was physically uncomfortable and caused body pain rather than providing rest. The toilet facilities were also in a terrible state; after flushing, waste would often rise back up instead of properly clearing away, creating another unpleasant and unhygienic experience. However, the most disturbing aspect of my stay was not even the poor physical conditions, but the attitude and behaviour of the hostel management. The level of arrogance, disrespect, and high-handedness displayed toward guests was deeply shocking. Rather than treating paying customers with basic dignity and courtesy, guests were made to feel as though they had no rights or value. The kitchen was equipped for cooking, but the building is old, not all of the rooms have doors, the pest control gave me a rash, and there is always someone in the hostel who snores very loudly or causes you trouble.

No idea why no have some shelf on wall for cellphone,headphones,glasses or bottle of water,but nice for this money

The staff our amazing, very comfy beds and just nice in general. It's a very family orientated hostel I will definitely be back

It’s definitely good enough for 1 or 2 nights but nothing more.

This hostel is well worth a visit! It is exactly what it says…a hostel with shared dorms so don’t go expecting any thing extravagant but it was exceptional value for money and I will definitely stay again

Actually a nice hostel which was kinda cosy and like a home from home for one night. Staying here longer is better as you have a kitchen and stuff to use and you’re in a good area for shopping. I will deffo go back soon for a few days as its location is great for transport all over city.

The Hostel is fully riddled with bedbugs. The management do not how how to handle the situation and get really aggressive when you tell them the truth . It's a lovely place but it requires a management that cares about the guests. If you are concerned about your health , please avoid this hostel. The manager is quite hostile when you speak to her regarding the situation. The place needs to be closed for health and safety reasons. Giovanni YANFUL ( stayed for 1,5 months) Withing this time period the management did not change the beds. Avoid completely.

Pleasant weekend stay , really good

Great value for money hostal compared to the other I tested this summer . Shame I had to get all the farty blokes in my room . Would be nice to have separated female from male rooms
