Spacious comfortable clean bedroom & en-suite bathroom. Very helpful landlady, accommodating us arriving early and giving us early access to our room. Delicious breakfast - berries, yogurt, muesli and cooked breakfast of your choice. Cooked fresh and just the way we like it. Only downside is that you need to park in the nearby car park (not cheap & designed to catch you out) or on the street.

The landlady and the barman were amazing, very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent both dinner and breakfast. Room was clean and a lovely traditional pub with parking just across the road. Great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Bull. The place itself is beautiful and the meals were delicious. The staff were so welcoming and friendly as well. Everything was absolutely perfect. Would be delighted to stay there again when I’m in the area.

The Bull is a traditional pub. We were warmly welcomed on arrival. The bed was comfy and shower worked well. Breakfast had plenty of choices, including lovely fresh fruit and was cooked beautifully. Jane is so friendly and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a delicious breakfast

We had a friendly welcome from Jane and her staff. The room was comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The pub closed early on Sunday night, so we had to go elsewhere for food, but it meant a very peaceful night. Strongly recommended!

Lovely welcome and excellent service. Room was clean and well equipped and I had a good night's sleep. While there I had dinner and breakfast and could not fault the food quality or portion size. I will definitely be staying there the next time I am in the area.

All great, decent room above a good pub. Fabulous breakfast, close to the station.

Very warm welcome on arrival, and they squeezed us in at the end of lunchtime service as we wanted to eat. Lovely cooked breakfast the next morning.
