Perfect for our 1 night stay before the cruise. Basic, but good bathroom and very clean. Good in the room breakfast with a variety of choices. Last but not least, we had a first class welcome very knowledgeable and helpful.

Francesco the owner was wonderful! He was friendly and had went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and to provide information. He was prompt providing information to navigate around the city or places to go. The room was clean and the place is central with the beach and train being close and easy to get to. I enjoyed my stay here. Definitely recommend this place which is close to the port where cruise ships also arrive.

Francesco was terrific. It was an easy walk from the train station. The room and amenities were even better than I expected. The hotel was right across from Fort Michaelangelo and various shopping and dining options. For those going on a cruise and looking for an overnight place to stay, this is a perfect selection. Free bus to the ship shuttles is just down the street, or for those inclined to walk, it only takes about 10 minutes. Very easy check-in and check out.

Could not fault our stay. Having been in another hotel in Civitavecchia the last couple of times with the last time not a good experience, we wanted a big improvement. And we found it!. Francesco is a wonderful host. From 1st contact to check out he could not have been more helpful. The rooms of the Guest house are on the 3rd floor accessible by a lift, albeit a very very small lift. Took 2 trips but at least it has a lift. The room was lovely. Exceptionally clean. With a beautiful very modern bathroom. Had supplies for a snack, coffee & tea. But who really needs it when dining options abound. Great Cafe a few steps away for breakfast. And one of the best Pizza restaurants a little further away. Everything within a very easy walk, & when I say easy it is as I have a slight mobile issue and dining options were never an issue to get to. As its a little away from the cruise terminal we opted for a taxi which Francesco organised for us & which arrived promptly at the designated time. Because there are no irons & we had been travelling some 24hrs the clothes we wanted to wear to the board the ship were very creased, no worries Francesco took over and had it pressed for us, again wonderful service. Will not hesitate to recommend Guest House Musuem to anyone who is looking for, comfortable, clean accommodations, in a great location with an extremely friendly accommodating host.
