Starting from check-in: 2/5 I arrived at 6pm and no one was there to greet me. The lobby was dark and no one was around, so I had to manually whatsapp the receptionist and wait for 15 minutes until they arrived to check in. The reasons they gave were very clear, and it meant the receptionist was only working for a short period of time. Location: 5/5 rooms: 4/5 rooms feel clean, tv has various channels. Aircon worked fine. Toiletries: 2/5 no slippers provided, they said that too for obvious reasons. The shower gel and shampoo provided were very runny, almost like a cost-cutting strategy by management. Water pressure for shower is low, so it takes a lot of time to shower. A hairdryer and toothbrush are provided, in addition to other cleaning supplies. Breakfast: 1/5 very disappointing. Once again I was given the excuse of "covid season". Breakfast is extra 100 thousand and I got 3 choices: fried rice, eggs, or bread. Fried rice tastes bland and contains no protein. Eggs are literally eggs without seasoning. Bread is literally 2 slices of plain toasted bread (no jam, that's okay). Bfast served with tea and a few pieces of fruit. Internet connection: 1/5 wifi is very slow and disconnects frequently. I switched to a phone operator and it was sometimes a little difficult to get a 4g connection. Swimming pool: 4/5 large enough and well maintained for all guests to enjoy.
