Sorry, this time I'm a little disappointed, I've been to Medan several times and always stayed here, so last Eid I stayed but it wasn't like the previous ones, starting from the staff who were indifferent, the floor was dusty, the sheets hadn't been changed but because we asked for them to be changed they were changed immediately, the room was dusty, the AC wasn't cold enough even though the last time I stayed there a few months ago it was still VERY good, maybe this is a suggestion to improve, because it was good at the beginning but now it has to go downhill, thank you

The hotel is clean, I really like it. It's just that the shower is broken. Even though there is a charge if it is broken, why not fix it? If the hot water works well. The layout of the AC is also not right, it makes my head dizzy. Ordered online, got it on the 3rd floor.

for the price is appropriate and very affordable .. the place is clean and the staff are also friendly .. near the Maimoon palace .. yuki Simpang Raya and the Grand Mosque .. around there are also food stalls and there is a Hajj package The place to hang out is fun .. It's just a shame .. the hotel is not soundproof .. so the sound of the aquarium in front of the 3rd floor room can be heard continuously .. and the sound next door when talking can also be heard .. what's more the sound of children knocking on their friend's room door is clearly audible .. even though it's in the room .. that's the only thing lacking .. so for resting who don't like to be noisy .. not suitable yet .. otherwise it's very good ..

Actually staying here is comfortable, according to the price. Plus, it's really syar'i so other visitors feel safe. However, there are several things that need to be addressed. 1. The electricity in our room went back and forth. 2. The room key is quite difficult to remove. 3. The hotel only provided soap and drink, even though there were 2.4 guests. The parking location is quite narrow. 5. Shower does not work properly.
