We found a great hotel for a weekend trip. The hotel owners were very friendly and wonderful people. They helped us with everything we needed and even more. Especially, it was great that the hotel was close to the town centre and the beach. Also, it was amazing for us that we did not need to look for a parking place for our car. We would like to thank the hotel owners again for their help about this. Our room was clean and big enough for us. The hotel was also very safe because you enter and leave with the keys given to you. Honestly, we really love Blackpool and we usually visit from Nottingham at least once every year. I am sure we will happily use the same hotel again in the future. We already saved it to our favourites. It was definitely a great hotel for price and performance. Thank you again to the hotel owners for everything. It was a wonderful short holiday experience for us. Hope to see you again soon.

Myself and my partner have stayed multipul times and each time was perfect, the owner and his family are so welcoming and kind and caring, they remember each and every guest, its perfect for a few nights stay and everything about the guest house is 100%. Easy to find and right by the new Central multi-story car park (convenient for Tower and Coral Island), easy check-in and lovely host, room was comfortable and well kept - all in all a great stay :)

Good budget no-frills option in a great central location very close to the town and a large multi storey car park. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Communication before visit was good. Room was small but perfectly fine for a budget option. Shared bathroom was clean and always available when we needed it.

Check in was quick and easy, super friendly owner. Room with en-suite very clean, fresh towels also provided. Tea and coffee in the room, Very close to central pier, beach and the Blackpool tower. Tescos just round the corner and the shopping centre and coach station a 5 min walk away. If I visit Blackpool again I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff . Great location 5 mins from promenade and North Pier . Lots of very good takeaways around the corner from property also a large car park ! £25 for 5 days parking ! Very clean and tidy , bed was really comfortable !

Booked through Hotels.com, wanted a cheapish place central to blackpool pier and found this place with good ratings, There is parking across the road pretty much we paid around 22 pound for 2 nights, Plenty of food places nearby and convience stores, Location is perfect, the family room was very small as expected but comferable enough, The hotel doesn't

Really accessible - 5 min walk to the Wintergardens for Rebellion festival. Really friendly folks that run the place. Bedroom and bathroom very clean - small room but all we needed. Bed really comfortable - needed my alarm to wake me up! Good value for money. Back next year.

The hotel was what we expected for Blackpool, it served it's purpose but was very much your typical Blackpool hotel, if you are looking for just a room then this is the place for you (and to be fair You're not short of food options in the town!). A little lick of paint and some TLC wouldn't go amiss. The staff were lovely and friendly during all our interactions with them. Do be aware that the hotel (like most places in Blackpool) preferred payment in cash

The owner was very nice and polite, but i wouldnt have booked had i known there was no parking, food or drink facilities as advertised. Family bedrokm was tiny, kids bunk beds squeaked all night i was worried they wouldnt hold up. Adult bed, both mattress amd pillows very hard, might aswell have slept on the floor. Very basic budget hotel.

Lovely little getaway highly recommend it here nice and cheap and quiet definitely would come back again
