The price did not match the application said 😂, suddenly there was an increase in price. And the room smelled, incredibly dirty. I ran away as soon as I was about to enter, it smelled fishy, smelled of urine. It was really, really bad.

For the X times I have stayed here, I am very disappointed and will not come here again, because the price booked in the application does not match the price when we checked in, they said there was a price error and we had to add more money.

There are cockroaches climbing into the bed. The sheets and blankets make you itchy and smell like urine. There is no mineral water and towels. Additional costs are charged outside the application

Very very dirty. Absolutely dirty. As soon as I entered the room I immediately looked for another place to stay because it was so dirty. It was terrible. The sheets were stained, the room was damp with lots of spider webs, the bathroom was full of crust. There was nothing good about it.

It's really really dirty, ordered a standard room but instead got a single bed, forced to sleep there because all the rooms were full, but unfortunately it was very dirty, lots of cockroaches, the toilet smelled, the sheets were dirty, the air conditioner wasn't cold, it wasn't very comfortable, I swear I felt like I wanted to be early in the morning let's get out of there. Sorry, but the single bed room is really dirty.

The staff's communication method is not good + polite + annoying, many lights are dead, it looks like a "dimly lit hotel", the rooms are clean but poorly maintained, the curtains seem to want to fall but are not fixed, the bathroom has insects, the mattress is the same as the couch it looks like it's broken, the tv doesn't work, ah, that's the main thing, it's not good for the room and service. Spacious parking, in front there is Indomaret.
