Cheap prices, comfortable, clean place, and friendly employees.

The room was dirty, smelled musty, no blanket, no towel and no toilet amenities. When checking in, we had to use husband and wife ID cards even though I brought 2 children.

For transit ok lah. Clean. Location in the city. Cheap price.

Dirty room, lots of trash scattered around, cat poop scattered around, bad, sloppy and dirty bed and pillows, scary room atmosphere... this is not recommended, soap and towels are not even provided...

The AC is cold. The service is friendly. This is the first time I have stayed here. If I have an assignment to Jambi, I will definitely stay here. The lady who looks after the boarding house is friendly. Like family. Thank you.

There are no blankets, no soap, the TV doesn't turn on. If you want to use a blanket you have to pay.

Suitable for just sleeping and then continue the journey. The room is spacious but damp. Narrow toilet. Cheap. Ad diapenser drinking hot water. There is a bathroom heater and AC.

We arrived late in the evening but the hotel still kept our reservation. Power was out on the ground floor, so checking in was a little trickier. Only cash was accepted. Nevertheless we were able to renew online for subsequent days. Location was convenient, within walking distance to the mall and the bus company (Family Raya) to Padang.

Can't get towels and blankets. But it's a comfortable place, and I'm quite comfortable too.

The staff seems to be new, uninformative… the room leaked, and the smell of cat urine, towels and blankets were not given, instead they were told to pay 25 thousand, if I was told to come back, I think I would think again….

Not bad for that price, you need to provide blankets from home because if you want to use blankets, you have to rent them.
