Friendly hotel staff, clean rooms and delicious breakfast

Good hotel for family holidays, in the city of Balige close to Lake Toba.

The view of the breakfast place is very beautiful because it is on the edge of Lake Toba.

Harganya terlalu mahal, menu sarapanya pun kurang banyak pilihan menunya.

Kamar nya pengap, furniture masih jadul.

Saya Silver Member, saya memesan kamar Superior AC pada aplikasi ini tetapi setelah membayar, malah dapetnya Superior Non AC. Sudah komplain ke aplikasi ini tetapi tidak ada solusi, hanya minta maaf, dan saya tetap harus menginap di kamar Non AC. Jadinya sulit tidur dan kurang tidur. Besoknya saya beli tiket penerbangan pulang ke Jakarta untuk 2 hari ke depan di aplikasi ini. Setelah Check out dan perjalanan ke Medan, badan mulai drop, dan akhirnya demam agak tinggi. Karena masih demam dan sepertinya belum memungkinkan naik pesawat, akhirnya saya terpaksa reschedule pesawat ke beberapa hari setelahnya. Hal sepele sebenernya, hanya antara AC dan Non AC, tapi dampaknya lumayan juga ke Saya.

The furniture is very ugly, there is scafholding work, the bathroom is not proper, the bed is not fresh and so on.

Kamar mandi kurang bersih, AC kurang dingin, suka mati listrik.

Spacious room! I booked an executive room, the overall condition of the room was clean and spotless. The hot water was running well. The restaurant is located across the hotel building, right at the edge of lake toba, the food is okay, but there are still plenty of rooms for improvement, particularly in the manpower field. In short, it 's a recommended place to stay in Balige.

Kebersihan kamar kurang, banyak kotoran cicak di lantai.

This hotel has been well-known for a long time but I think they will need to pick up on their service. Room curtains need to be replaced. F&B service at the lakeside restaurant also needs to be improved.

I was wrongly set the check in date, therefore I paid 3 nights for 2 nights stay. The front officer offered me 50 K discount for the 3rd night, which may not really help. But, it is my fault. Kids enjoyed this hotel during our family trip, even though this hotel has no swimming pool. Executive room is spacious and I would definetely recommend this hotel for family travelers.

The restaurant is right beside Lake Toba. Only the room price is a bit too expensive. Try lowering it again. Definitely the first choice in Balige. Regards.
