The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was also friendly and quick to assist guests with their needs. The bed was soft, so you can sleep soundly. The room facilities were complete and functioning well, from air conditioning and Wi-Fi to a clean bathroom. The hotel's location is also strategic, the atmosphere is calm, and the balcony views the Sunda Strait. I was very satisfied with my stay here and will definitely want to return again in the future. The restaurant is open 24 hours for delivery to the room and can be paid in cash/QRIS, so it's very helpful if you're hungry in the middle of the night and don't have to worry about finding food. The menu choices are quite complete, the taste is delicious, and the service is also fast.

There's a minimarket downstairs, making it easy to buy things you need or forgot to bring. Check-in and check-out are quick, but there's a Rp 200,000 deposit required upon check-in. Room service is also quite good. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious enough for kids to move around freely. There are also two swimming pools, one with a gym and a playground. Unfortunately, the road to the parking lot is a bit narrow. Overall, Golden Tulip Springhill is a good choice.

A wonderful and very satisfying stay. The staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. The bedroom was very clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is strategic, close to shopping centers and tourist attractions. Conclusion: Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again.
