For the location in Prawirotaman, it is easy to find and close to tourist attractions. For the price of 100s, it is reasonable with the quality of the facilities obtained. Kamar Luas, Parkiran Luas. Tempat nyaman dan Asri banyak pepohonan. Kamar mandi Luas walau belum ada air panas, ac dingin. Kamar engga bau dan segar. Bersih dari kotoran dan nyaman tempatnya. Resepsionis ramah terutama ibunya baik banget. Harga juga relative murah di area jogja sekelas bintang tiga. Next trip jogja nginep di sini lagi.

Menginap 1 malam di kamar 113. Sungguh pengalaman luar biasa. Dapat harga di 150 ribu. Ini hotel terburuk selamaa saya 3 tahun bekerja keliling kota di indonesia. Kasur hanya tersisa per tanpa busa. Selimut jelas tidak di ganti karena bau balsam (tidak mungkin dong laundry pewangi nya balsem). Kamar mandi lantai sudah berbeda warna semua keramiknya, closet cat nya sudah terkelupas dan kotor, semprotan closet patah menyisakan selang. Hotel yang berlokasi strategis tapi sangat disayangkan tidak di maintanance dengan baik.
