The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but the only problem was that there was no toothpaste or toothbrush.

Good location and affordable price.

Lokasinya cukup strategis, dekat (walkable) ke Haniffa supermarket dan Sogo shopping center. Kami datang 2 hari sebelum hari Raya, jadi jalan sepanjang depan hotel di tutup untuk bazar malam. Benar-benar ramai dan hiruk pikuk jika malam. Ke masjid Jamek untuk sholat Ied juga cukup berjalan kaki. Sayang kamarnya tidak berjendelanalias tidak sesuai gambar di aplikasi. Dan proses check in cukup lama karena petugasnya hanya 1 irg dan sedang toilet break 😄.

Perfect to stay in the middle of business center, close to Dataran Merdeka, you can just walk 7 minutes. Very close to find local foods. The room is so clean and I love the bathroom, the shower is fantastic!

Hotel yang bersih. Hanya saja dapat lantai paling atas lantai 13. Jadi susah sekali kalau mau naik turun. Di sini banyak toko-toko tekstil jadi kalau yang mau borong pakaian sangat cocok di sini. Dan kalau malam di belakang hotel bazar makanan ramai sangat dan enak.

Hotel yang sangat strategis, lokasi nya dekat dengan Masjid India, stasiun MRT, pusat perbelanjaan, pusat kuliner, tempat nya nyaman, cozy, kamar cukup luas, wifi kenceng, pasti akan ke sana lagi kalo liburan nanti.

Room nice, clean and comfort, near to masjid India shopping mall, all very near and walk in.

The best cleanliness. Quite comfortable. Clean toilet & bathroom. The location is also strategic. Only parking is quite limited. The female receptionist is not customer friendly at all.

Not recommended hotel for stay. Very very not friendly frontdesk. Not clean. DIRTY.

Hotel gave me superior Room even I'm booking deluxe room. Already ask the person at the counter and they said they give deluxe. I already 3 times booking there and know the difference between the superior and deluxe room. No more for this hotel. The quality off the service really bad nowadays.

Clean, nice room and good water pressure. The bathroom is clean and spacious enough. The walls a bit thin, can hear people talking outside. Receptionist were super friendly and helpful. Parking wise, you have to park near Swiss Hotel parking lot and walk around 3-4 minutes. Good access to food.
