I already paid on the spot but it said I didn't check in and was billed on my card!

It's just not clean, the faucet room water is dirty, the bed is also not clean, dusty. But with the current price, it's still the best. The place is spacious and beautiful. The only thing lacking is not clean and not well-maintained.

Order 3 rooms, 1 room with AC doesn't work. Single mattress, lots of cockroaches, no standby receptionist, not maintained, the villa is dirty.

The swimming pool is not working. The tv doesn't work either.

Maybe because it's often empty, it's not well maintained.

This accommodation is not livable, no receptionist when I checked in at 7pm, very dark. Cleanliness is very dirty, very poorly maintained. No toiletries, towels. AC is not cold at all. Kolam renang tidak diurus (kotor) 5. Ruangan disapu menunggu orang check in. 6. Lampu rusak. 7. TV tidak dalam keadaan siap pakai. 8. Ruangan kotor. 9. Perabotan rusak.

Worst place to stay, arrived at 10Pm front office was closed got offered another villa but was way too big for only two people, the actual villa we were supposed to get was fully booked. Still gor charged even though office was closed and disnt stay at the location.

The service. Just as we checked, we were asked to pay for the room again. Meanwhile, we rent villas, not rent rooms.
