Cleanliness needs more attention because there are a lot of mosquitoes. I left my jacket and clothes there. How do I contact the receptionist?

There are too few employees, I waited for the receptionist to check in for more than 30 minutes with other customers because there was no one at the reception desk even though the check-in application said it started at 14:00 but there was no one until 15:45. It turned out that the person said they were cleaning the room upstairs. When I entered the room, there was a spider's web on the ceiling of the bathroom as if it was not maintained. Only towels were given, but no toiletries such as soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste. No extra bed and for payment of room charges cannot use qris/debit must be cash so it was quite difficult. The application should have provided information that no extra bed is allowed and if there are more than 2 people in 1 room there will be a charge.

The room was not well maintained, damp, towels were not clean, sheets were not clean.

The towels are dirty, only 1 is given to 1 room. The bathroom is dirty. The sheets are dirty. Very damp.

This is the first time a traveler has been pranked on the Oyo traveloka hotel which is displayed on the app which is very, very not updated. With a price above 150 per night I got the following: - A damp leaking room. - A musty mattress, pillows, blankets. - A moldy bathroom. - A damp leaking ceiling. - A dirty lobby full of trash. - Only 1 towel. - No mineral water. - When it was time to check in, the guard was still cleaning the bathroom. - The bathroom door was broken. - There were spots on the walls. - The table was almost broken. - The guard disappeared. - There was no receptionist. And many more. I have booked for 2 people in 3 days. Like it or not, I had to stay because I felt sorry for the payment because it had already been made. Please, those who want to stay here, whether they want to order from Oyo or Traveloka, think again. This is the latest photo, just on May 13, 2024. Please be wise in doing business, you sell it at that price, there is nothing impressive at all, it's even detrimental. Unless I only pay 50k, it's okay. Even in other big cities, homestays with a price of 50k are better than this.

Kamar sangat lembab sekali, bau lembabnya sampai menyengat sekali, sprei dan selimut sangat kotor, kamar tidak terawat, flosh dan semprotan WC gak berfungsi, ga dikasih air minum. Parahnya tempat receptionisnya adalah kamarnya dan nggak profesional sama sekali. Cukup sekali nginep di sini huhu, baru kali ini review jelek kalau nggak kebangeten

Pelayanan sangat buruk, Pegawai tidak ramah sama sekali seperti ogah ogahan melayani customer. Kamar pertama di closet ada rambutnya, mejanya terkelupas catnya, handuk juga hanya satu. Waktu saya komplain minta kamar baru, pegawainya ketus, di kamar baru pun toiletnya sudah basah, akhirnya cari penginapan lain meskipun sudah book 2 malam di sini.

The price for this accommodation is cheap (best deal) because the room is quite large, queen bed, cupboard and work desk plus there is air conditioning. The rooms are clean, only the bathroom is a little dirty and needs to be cleaned. Didn't get aqua, toiletries and towels. So you need to prepare it yourself. The location is in a housing complex so the gate closes at 9pm. You can enter through the main gate. Near places to eat and main roads. Overall. Good.

Check-in was not very on time, in our opinion the bathroom was also not clean enough, the TV could not be used. The advantages are fast wifi, near places to eat.

Lack of cleanliness, strategic location and cold room.

Disappointed, I've often stayed here. Last 3 years ago and I'm always satisfied. Yesterday came, and it turned out that the building was starting to get unkempt, lots of trash, lots of dust, dirty to the max. Go up the dusty stairs, dirty walls. Until the upper hallway already looks dirty, trash is scattered. But the worst. When in the room, there was a lot of dust, there were other people's pins left in the cupboard, there were lots of cigarette butts on the verandah. Dirty toilet bathroom. Dirty sink. Worst and intolerable. Sheets, pillowcases and blankets. 😔 washed 😔. I'm sure it's not washed. Because it smells so bad. So I went to sleep thinking about whose mattress was used before. Hadeh. Last enough. Won't be back. Badly disappointed.
