1) The check in time is taking too long. They said that the system was down. They didn't even have a back up plan for eg doing it manually first. They just ask to wait until the system ok. So I wait in front of the counter. Later on after almost half and hour waiting, I am asking again whether I can just show my voucher by agent and give the room first because I am so tired already back from work. And the other person said, owh system dah okay. I don't know why they didn't even call me to tell that the system is already ok and let me check in. 2) I am asking for a non smoking room, and I even call the reception to reconfirm whether the room given is a non smoking room but eventually my room smell very smoky and it even has a cigarette ashtray in the room. I am staying in this hotel few times already but no complaints, but this time around make me think whether to stay in this hotel again next time.
