I recently stayed at Avari Xpress Hotel and had a troubling experience. I received a call from someone claiming to be the receptionist, asking me to come down to the front desk. However, when I arrived, it turned out the receptionist had not made the call. During that time, the housekeeper entered our room and checked my purse, likely attempting to steal. Although nothing was taken, but this breach of security and trust is unacceptable. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious with their belongings and to be aware of such situations. This incident left me questioning the overall safety of the hotel.
