It wasn’t what I expected and when I asked for an iron to press my clothes I was told they don’t provide iron so how do someone come on vacation and can’t press their clothes I had to go buy one

Easy check in and clean

I was in a Bind, because I accidentally. I booked a hotel at the airport 2 weeks in advance. Because hotels.com changed their policy of their default settings, and when you try to book a stay, they just decide to put whatever date in the future. They want, I'm assuming it's they know as a fact that A good percentage of people don't look at that. I've been using the app for years, and they changed it about a year ago, and they suck. I will never use that again, but the posh tail pelican, whatever it's called was great

The door was not looking good. It was a struggle trying to close the door, it’s cheap but don’t recommend this place it’s gone down hill. I liked it the other 2 times I’ve came but the place is gone downhill, the main lobby has mold and falling apart. Room was moldy too

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so poor that I feel compelled to warn others. From the moment I arrived, the problems started. The front gate was open, which makes us feel unsafe. There was any staff at the location. The room itself was far below expectations: smell like cigarettes, cannabis and very moist. False Advertising – The Photos Are a Complete Lie. I’m honestly shocked at how misleading the photos of this hotel are. The pictures online made it look like a modern, clean, and comfortable place to stay—but the reality couldn’t be further from that. the furniture was old and worn out. The ceiling is falling apart. There is not a jacuzzi or anything similar like the pictures. I feel completely deceived by the hotel’s online presence. It’s false advertising at its worst, and I will definitely not be staying here again. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere if you’re looking for an honest experience.

Rooms were simple. Bed was not very comfortable. Easy checkin .

The hotel looked totally different than on the website. It was dirty, old, not updated at all. Broken bed, dirty bed sheets, broken sofa, cracked ceiling, tv remote was broken so there was no way to watch tv. It smelled bad.

Property is near beach

It has nothing, not a table, chair, or nightstand. It's a small board on the wall, a single electrical outlet. You couldn't even charge your phone. The area is horrible. You have nowhere to park. You have to come back early if you want to be safe. You're supposed to go for a walk and come back late. And the worst part is that the sheet is a pillow, meaning you have to make your bed. Bad, not really bad. I regret that place and I don't recommend it.
