Great hotel in a central location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Quiet rooms with good aircon . Garage under the hotel which was great for us to safely store our bicycles. Highly recommend!

Best location

Absolutely amazing service - the front desk staff were friendly and immediately responsive. Check-in was a little hectic - no hot water - a problem which was fixed right away. The fixtures are a little old (old style door knobs, not even bottle of water in the room, low water pressure) but excellent bedding, comfortable, spacious, great location and view. Breakfast also needs a major overhaul.

Small rooms

Hotel staff was polite and very helpful. Parking was easy on the street with Angela there to save your spot with a small fee. Walking distance to all shops and great restaurants.

Hard to believe this place has a 8 star review on hotels.com. shower was so small. Furniture was so old. Bathroom door was coming apart. People were nice though.

El cuarto era pequeño y acogedor, cerca de Gorlero (la avenida principal) y del Puertl. El desayuno estaba incluído en el costo y lo llevaron a la habitaciin. El personal de servicio fue sumamente agradable en todo momento /// The room was small but cozy, really close to Gorlero (main avenue) and to the Harbor. Breakfast was included in the price and delivered to the room. Really nice customer service from everyone in the hotel.

Nice place to stay

Good location and a nice breakfast. Hallways very noisy door all seem to stick so everyone tends to slam them several times. Request for one hour later check out refused. A very small sparsely furnished room for an incredibly high price. $235 for a room you would have in a hostel. Very poor soundproofing as you can hear people from the hotel next door in a separate building.

Our stay in Punta da Leste was great catching up with friends. The room we had was small but ok no work bench for computer to work on. Had to sit down stairs to work.. Breakfast was simple. Time was late 8:00 when we had to leave early. Parking under the hotel is good for small cars we had some difficulty with parking.

The hotel is tired and poorly maintained with surly and unfriendly staff in the main. It is very expensive. The promised snack bar was non existent and the parking a real challenge to enter or exit a space. It's convenient position is the only plus point

Punta del Este is pricey during high summer season. This hotel is fine for budget minded travelers and close to great dining venues. I have stayed here many times and will stay there again. Very friendly staff I have known for years.

Wifi no Andar 4 não funcionou, e o café da manhã poderia ser melhor pelo preço cobrado. Localização muito Boa.

O hotel não é moderno mas sempre que precisamos de algo fomos bem atendidos, o preço é caro mas a localização é excelente, punta é um espetáculo à parte, nos hospedaríamos novamente no hotel sim, mas já merece uma modernização para justificar o preço elevado.
