Great location, a very nice apartment

The pictures make the room look much more elegant than the actual suite, the microwave needs to be replaced and the light above the stove needs attention as it is heating the interior of the microwave which could be a fire hazard and when I tried to follow my check out instructions I didn't receive any response and am still awaiting the return of my damage deposit.

Easy access to transit and downtown area. Building intercom was not working however, an email to the property managers and access was granted. Property management responded very quickly to initial inquiries (eg WIFI password). Very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped.

The communication prior to check-in did not meet expectations. The Air Conditioner was not working upon check-in. This was immediately reported. Staff told me that I was wrong and that all was working. After going back and forth for 3 days with no solution. Hours before we departed the entire air conditioning unit was replaced. Old packaging was not cleaned up and left in our room. During our 4 night stay, 3 of them were unbearable with no cooling. Zero follow-up from the property after several calls and emails post check-out. Unacceptable. Expedia has not been helpful in a follow-up solution.
