Horrible experience! After accepting our reservation at 11:00pm, the property sent a message that there was no on-site check-in and we must call the manager or look for instructions in a separate email (which never came). We called (as did Hotels.com customer service), but the manager was not available at that hour. We literally ended up on a downtown street corner close to midnight with a dwindling cell phone battery and strangers approaching asking for money as we struggled to find another place (which we did, at an exorbitant price). When Hotels.com contacted Sarkar to try to get our money refunded, they refused, saying the cancellation was too late. Horrible disregard for guests! The WORST experience ever with Hotels.com.
