We love the location of this apartment. This is our "go to" accommodation when we are in the area. We have stayed here several times. It is walkable to downtown Dartmouth and the ferry to Halifax. You can park your car and walk just about anywhere. We met the owner to receive the key. He was very friendly. The kitchen is well equipped. There are laundry facilities in the building, but we have never had to use them.

Clean with great location

The location was excellent. Five minute walk from bus stop to apartment and about 10 minute walk to Halifax ferry. Supermarkets and restaurants also within walking distance. Apartment was clean and check in was easy. Nice to have access to laundry. Overall, a great stay.

Clean property in good location to explore

This was a quaint space that was clean and private. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. and small, but nice living room. Toaster oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The host was very helpful and it was also a quiet location.

I've seen 3 and stayed in 2 of his rooms so I have seen what they have! It's a wonderful place they have there! Very clean, nada broken, enough in the cupboards, we enjoyed our time and efforts there! We received a nice thick foamy for the foldout couch! Andy & hie wife were excellent to work with! We would most definitely stay there again!

Great spot and perfect place to stay for a short visit. The furnished appartment is so much more comfortable than a hotel room. Had a great nap on the full size couch after a long day at work
