This hotel is geared for Indians not internationals , so if you want anything not Indian, even English being spoken be warned this hotel will present issues. Given that is is close to the airport and rooms are excellent value

Courteous staff and great location. Rooms are well maintained.

This is an Economic Hotel with Good staffs. Very closed to airport. Cleanliness is more concerned for me and I hope hotel management will take care of it.

Property is close to the main road. The supplied towels were filthy.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. It was a single night for me as i had a flight next morning. But all in all is good and at very close proximity to airport

We were traveling from the US to India and were spending a few days in Pune. We really liked the decor and amenities available. We would definitely stay here again. The room is very comfortable and clean. We were having some very frustrating issues outside of the hotel (nothing to do with the hotel) with our luggage and received amazing help from Nikita and Ashton that was above and beyond the normal service offered by hotels. Ashton even kept in contact with us to make sure our problem was resolved and even made phone calls in our behalf since there was a language barrier. We will never forget this kindness.

Everything about this hotel was just perfect. The staff was way to curteous

This is a basic, no-thrills hotel which is very conveniently located at the heart of Pune. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and most importantly, very clean. While this hotel does not have some of the amenities (like minibar and room service) other places offer, the Appetite restaurant staff was more than making up for it. On top of everything, the rates are really good and I recommend you give this hotel a try.
