Even though the hotel is right next to the station we could hardly hear the trains at all. The air conditioning was so quiet that we thought it wasn’t working. Housekeeping needs checking though. First day no bath mat (not a problem) and second day no cups for the coffee/tea. Also the separate duvets we had requested and received the first day were changed into a single one on the second day.

Room and breakfast as expected, simple but sufficient for the time spent in the room and at breakfast. The location of the hotel across from the train station is great.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good lication made for an enjoyable stay.

Very clean room, close to the train station, walkable to many restaurants and other places. Definitely enjoyed my visit.

The room wasn't done the first day.

The hotel is super close to the main train station in Montpellier and a walking distance to the main shopping / restaurant areas of the city, as well as interesting places to see. There is also a taxi stand right outside of the hotel. If you need to get some groceries, there is Carrefour express nearby. I also found a shop with vegetarian items in the street close to the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean, and pleasant. I did find some aspects confusing such as paper cups instead of regular cups to drink tea/coffee, no spoons in the room, and the socket to plug the handy kettle in was in an odd place. The bed was super comfy, and I really liked a USB charger next to the bed. If you have misophonia like I do, please be warned that there is a vent in the room that produces a constant - subtle - noise. Bring airplugs if you're likely to be affected by it. The staff were helpful and friendly. I really appreciated their help with booking a taxi for my early departure. I didn't try their breakfast but it looked delicious! The only major disappointment was the wifi. As a visitor from outside of France, I heavily relied on it being available - and it wasn't at all. It didn't work because of the out-of-date security certificate, which I alerted the staff too. This didn't get resolved in the 4 days I stayed there, which was quite inconvenient.

Great hotel only 3 minutes from train station. Large grocery store just a few steps away as well.

Great rooms and bathroom size, king size beds are very nice! Just a few steps from tram stations for getting around, short walk to place de la comedie and Centre Ville for all dining and entertainment!! Felt very safe at all hours!

Fresh second brand hotel (except for the grubby corridor carpet). Rooms large with great bed and bathroom. Hotel entrance is behind building, right hand side as you look from the gare. Good supermarket 3 minutes walk.

We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times when visiting Montpellier. It’s always comfortable, clean, and walking distance to many activities.
