Awasome view

Hotel and surroundings are are lovely. Breakfast selection was very good. The only negative thing was that they have seating area and games in corridor by some of the rooms. I was in one of those rooms. That meant i was woken up numerous times during late evening and night by people playing and being loud. I had called reception twice and after nearly an hour they had asked particularly loud group to move but after thst i gave up calling every time someone was loud. No other room was offered to me. Luckily i was there only 1 night.

Breakfast very good. Service good. Can't ask for make omelet un breakfast. Very modern and look good. Jacuzzi water not really warm. I ask to check but noting changed. We had 3 rooms but all in far, from lobby, need walk in underground tunnel, that is cold ant not pleasant. I was expecting 1 or 2 rooms to be in main building.

Sorry to say but not a hotel where we would return, the service from the reception staff was bellow any expectation, we had to wait for more than 30 minutes to check in and it was the same to check out, room was clean but not very welcoming and bad position near entrance. We did enjoy the spa area, that had plenty for us and very well managed. Breakfast was also good even though we were a bit late.

Beautiful, modern, ckean property in a stunning location overlooking the lake and mountains. Great facilities, perfect for a spa weekend. We will be back! Downside: it is a very big hotel, with lots of guests which can result in noises in the corridors, crowds and queues at breakfast buffet, in the spa and long waiting time at the reception desk. Sadly none of the guests was wearing face masks, none of the cleaning staff either (only in the restaurant the masks were mandatory). So we felt uncomfortable being inside of the hotel at a time when Covid-19 infections are rising. The gym is supposed to have a 1 guest only rule but we saw 3-4 people exercising the the fitness centre at the same time. The hotel could do more by asking all guests to wear masks and maintain distance.

The food was awful and extremely overrated. Prices were completely not adequate to the quality of the food!!

It’s a brand new beautiful resort, in fact it is quite isolated however in the hotel you will find everything you need and most importantly relax! Food was absolutely buffet dinner and breakfast had amazing food! Highly recommend!

Am 15.04 hat der Spaß erst 30 min später geöffnet als angegeben. Die gegenstom Anlage im Außenbereich hat leider nicht funktioniert.

Ein rundum tolles Hotel zum Entspannen! Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Übernachtete mit meiner Frau ein Wochenende in einem Zimmer mit Seeblick im Gebäude B. Alles scheint fast in Ordnung zu sein, aber ... . Nicht genügend Parkplätze. Mangel an guter Beschilderung – in Gebäude B – mit Wegbeschreibungen, um sich in der Anlage zu bewegen – was in den ersten Morgenstunden nicht einfach war. Der Fußweg von Gebäude B nach A – wo sich das Frühstücksrestaurant befindet – ist eine Wanderung. Das Frühstück war gut, aber nichts Besonderes. Zimmer sauber, modern. Das bestellte und bezahlte Zimmer mit Doppelbett war offenbar nicht verfügbar - wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit getrennten Betten. SPA - ca. Fintess Center relativ klein. Der Preis von 230 Euro pro Nacht ist – verglichen mit anderen Einrichtungen in Europa in dieser Klasse oder besser – der Qualität nicht angemessen. Wir werden wahrscheinlich nicht in diese Einrichtung zurückkehren.

Absolut von Familien überrannt... nichts für menschen die ruhe und erholung suchen... betten sind sehr bequem und frühstück war erste Klasse!!!

Ein sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. Tolle Aussicht auf das Riesengebirge und guter Service (Bar/Restaurant/Wellness, Spa). Kostenfreies Laden von E Autos/Hybrid Autos und E Bikes. Insgesamt mir ein zu großes Hotel und dadurch zu wenig Ruhe. Die stilvollen Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Das hat den Eindruck etwas getrübt.

Schönes Hotelresort mit Aussicht auf das Riesengebirge. Hochwertig und modern. Kostenfreie Parkplätze mit Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos oder Hybride. Wellness Bereich Innen/Aussen, Spa grad im Umbau. BAR/Restaurant mit gutem Angebot. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, was den Gesamteindruck schmälert. Insgesamt ist mir die Anlage zu groß gewesen, denn dadurch waren sehr viele Gäste vor Ort. Wen das nicht stört, der ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Where should I start?! We had a 4 night stay and requested a quiet room which we didnt get at all. We woke up EVERY morning between 07-08am because you literally can hear every step or moving furniture around your room. If that wasnt enough, the cleaning stuff cleans the rooms from 08:00 in the morning and was extremely loud doing that, so THEY decide how long you sleep during your stay, simply astonishing for a hotel where guests want to relax. Service in this hotel is just terrible. Sitting in the pool area almost NO service with drinks, if you make the bad decision to have dinner in hotel almost NO service because the staff are way too less people. After the first evening we decided to have dinner somewhere outside of the hotel because the buffet for 130 (~33 €) isnt worth half the prize. From 10 „boxes“ with food only 3 where filled with food, the rest was empty. We asked the staff if theres some more to come, but after 15 minutes of waiting we canceled the buffet and had dinner somewhere else. You dont feel welcomed as 80% of staff dont speak any english, nobody has a smile on their face and you always feel like you annoy them when you have a certain request. Try to avoid the cocktails, Aperol and Espresso Martini were good though. The views of the hotel and the lake next to it have been great but it wasnt worth the prize at all, unfortunatelly.

Spa-Wellness Bereich war unterirdisch schlecht ! (laut-voll)

Unterkunft liegt idyllisch am Stausee. Optisch sehr ansprechend, leider war der Wellnessbereich viel zu klein für die Größe des Hotels und der Gästeanzahl (nur eine kleine Sauna und 4 kleine Whirlpools) Im Zimmer konnte man Abwassergeräusch mehrmals über den Tag verteilt hören. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und man hat entweder eine Terrasse oder einen Balkon. Leider war es in den Zimmern sehr kalt und die Temperatur ließ sich nicht regulieren. Der Frühstückssaal war sehr überfüllt und laut. Die Auswahl wechselte allerdings täglich etwas und war wirklich sehr sehr gut und vielseitig! Leider entsprach das Hotel nicht den Anforderungen, die man erwartet, wenn man ein Wellness und Spa Hotel zur Erholung buchen will. Das Hotel ist aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt um umliegende Wanderziele zu erreichen.

Wspaniałe miejsce. Musza tylko popracowac nad obsługa sali restauracji jak zamawia sie ala carte. Straszny chaos długo sie czekało na lamkę wina 1 godzinę, a na rachunek trzeba było poprosić kilka razy i czas oczekiwania około 20 minut. Poza tym polecam.

Obiekt super. Lokalizacja super. Obsługa super. Jedzenie kiepskie. Na śniadaniu brakowało personelu, brudne stoły, problem z posprzątaniem.
