Keep in mind, this place is extremely noisy. I didn’t mind the outside noise as that is expected, due to the being restaurant below. However, the issue was our neighbors (guests at the same property managed by the same woman). They were banging on our door at midnight and causing a ruckus. Since the host managed both units, I believe it was her responsibility to shut that other noisy guest down. It was unacceptable. Outside of this, the WiFi is very poor and barely functional. It is very bare bones/no frills but excellent location. I’d say the only perk is location—everything else was questionable.

Incredible location, right in heart of the old town! Very clean and the air conditioning was lovely ! Despite location it was nice and quiet in the evenings and very welcoming. Thank you!

Clean room, good host and great location. Plan on going up lots of stairs while you are in Dubrovnik, including to your room. The only drawback of being in this location was noise, from the neighbors and outside.

The location is incredible. Right off the stradun on the wide street. You couldn’t throw a pin in a better location. The host and staff are very accommodating and providing shuttle service back to the airport for me. The room was clean and had what I needed. I’d definitely stay here again.

Overalll good stay but when booking it’s confusing and we thought we were getting a living room and kitchen. When we arrived we were surprised with a small room with no extra space. The room was tired and needing some revamping. It was clean though. Good for very young person/ couple but I wanted to leave right when we arrived. I will add this location is amazing!

Top marks! The team here are spot on, the host communication was excellent, including organising our airport transfers to and from the airport. Everything was smoothly done, we were met by our driver when we landed, who took us to the old town and introduced us to the apartment manager. They then showed us to the apartment, which is in a great location in town. The apartment is well equipped, spacious, clean and complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend the apartment as a good base to explore the old town and surrounding area.

Great a/c, comfortable bed and a great location. Many apartments were in alleys with stairs this is not, has entrance level with street

The property was great for me and my sister we are older than 60. It was nice to be able to not have to go up a lot upstairs due to that our knees are very bad. We loved where we were. It was convenient and a quick trip to the airport. We will definitely be back.

Flat ina good position

Great location and clean however poor wifi connection, was expecting a kitchenette as appears to have one in the pictures however there are 2 rooms on offer, one with a kitchenette, one without, so make sure you know which one you are booking, no tea or coffee in the room.
