Great hotel in every way except one. The Wifi was HORRIBLE. We couldn’t maintain a connection for more than a minute at a time.

Firstly it was great being able to park our car in their carpark for free. We had a warm welcome which was quick and easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice bed, bathroom, and a sea view. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of healthy options and the outdoor area was pleasant in the warm October sunshine.

Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The hotel rooms and hallways have more of a dormitory feel. There is a Franciscan church attached, and we surmise that the hotel might once have been a dormitory for the monks and nuns before being converted to a hotel. Nice beach park 5 minute walk. Old town about a 30 minute walk.

The breakfast buffet was lovely. All the food groups were plentiful and fresh. The room was perfect and the shower, while small, had a good water flow. Staff were uniformly attentive and helpful; I even was able to get my clothes washed and dried, after hours.

The property is newer, very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful and breakfast was delicious. Parking was not great and the walk to the reception was not expected, but overall, it was a nice hotel.

Check in was fast and easy. We were in a hurry to get to a tour of palace. Was 30 min walk to palace. Hotel is located close to a main hospital about 2 blocks away. Lots of parking. Seems like an old dorm for students or something, that was converted to a hotel. Worked great for us as we only needed one night stay

our stay was ok, decent. I expected the room to be bigger, we also added a cot for the baby. I don't recommend coming with children, so there are no playgrounds or things to make it easier for children. We took it upon ourselves, knowing that our baby can't walk yet. I liked that it was clean, the girls at the reception are very kind. The air conditioning works, but the air in the room is always dry, especially at night. The blackout blinds let in little light, you can see that they are worn out and at night the light comes in from under the door, as the bulbs are on in the hotel corridor. We used white sound to cover up possible noises. The breakfast was good, decent. The drinks leave something to be desired, however. The hotel restaurant was not open every day. We only went once, but the food was good. There are enough parking spaces, both on the first level and on the lower one. The elevator that helped us a lot. The cleaning ladies do their job well. One downside was that the road from the hotel to the nearest beach is under construction. You can't go there especially with a stroller, so we had to use the car to the beach every day. And the parking spaces are almost always full. The nearby beach is rocky and not shallow. But there are other beaches nearby Firule and Bacvice intended for children. With sand and shallow water. On the coast, restaurants are closed in August, full season in broad daylight. We barely found a fast-food place to eat near the beach.

Good breakfast with nice selection. Hotel is situated within walking distance of beach and supermarket so location is good. The beach nearby was good and not crowded even for summer season. Hotel is also only 10-15 minutes walk from many good restaurant options. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Would recommend.

Hotel is a bit old, not renovated recently. The WiFi is very bad and almost useless. Staff is nice and helpful, the gym is good, it has all the necessary tools. The water is super expensive

Good parking on the premisis. Nice breakfast buffet. Room was a bit small. King sized bed was actually 2 twin beds pushed together and 2 sheets. Entrance to the hotel is around the back, off the patio. Decided to walk to the old city, took around 40 minutes. 24 hour staff at front desk that were very accommodating. We had to leave early for the airport before breakfast was ready, and the front desk attendant was kind enough to make us a cappucino and let us grab breakfast to go.

Great location!! If you are looking to be a bit closer to the beaches rather than the city center/old town, this is a perfect spot away from all of the commotion. Only about a 30minute walk to the Riva Promenade, but only 5 minutes or so from the nearest beaches! We enjoyed the walks into town each day, and great food locations. Staff was amazing, loved the breakfast and bar service, highly recommend this spot!

Run down and tired definitely doesn’t look like the pictures. Bathroom was tiny, shower barely big enough for 1 and it leaked. The air conditioning was inefficient warm all night long. The windows didn’t haven’t curtains all the way just external shutters, with an east facing bedroom and used to black out curtains this meant for a bad nights sleep. The housekeeping department knocked on the door at 8:30 am to tidy the room. Just an overall disappointing for the price we paid.

The ceiling on master bed was leaking sewage water on the 2nd day. The staff couldn’t do anything but giving us another spare room. However that room was having obnoxious smell. The staff confirmed the smell was from the sewage drain. Overall it’s a bad experience, but staff was friendly even though not helpful

I was very disappointed with my stay. The distance to the beach is way longer than listed on their website. The room itself is very claustrophobic and the bathroom looked very old/raggedy. The water from the shower flooded the bathroom and the airport service they offer is nearly double the price of uber!!

It was a great property and the staff was very helpful. It was a bit far from the old city center. However it was an easy Uber ride
