The room was fantastic. The A/C worked extremely well, which was nice as there was a heat wave going on while we were in Salzburg. The location was also great - lots of cafes and restaurants, the Mirabell gardens and tour buses all within walking distance.

The location of this property was perfect for eating out, shopping, walking, sightseeing, and spending time experiencing local culture. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed to prepare food and store leftovers or groceries. Dishes and cooking pans, utensils, and detergent with towels were spot on. I highly recommend!

Nice property with a convenient location - about a 10-min walk from train station and a few minutes from Mirabell gardens. We had a studio and a one bedroom apartment, which were perfect for our needs. Rooms were clean & had everything we needed. One minor complaint was the early bag drop off - they provide lockers (which was nice) - but didn't provide temp code to get in building, so we had to call from the noisy street with our bags (never fun) - but was easily resolved. A/C was a nice plus but wasn't very cold - not a problem for us in late May but maybe not in warmer months. I'd recommend and return!

We had a wonderful stay here. The property location is excellent, within 10 minutes to old town in one direction and the train station in the other. Nearest bus stop is 3 minutes away. Communication with management is via WhatsApp in a timely manner. The suite's kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. The whole suite is well laid out and very clean.

We absolutely loved everything about Master Mirabell. It is perfectly located to walk from the train station as well to the Old Town. It is less than 2 blocks from where many tours gather across from Mirabell Gardens. We appreciated the amenities of free laundry and detergent in the basement, lockers for luggage storage for early and late arrivals, starter coffee and tea for kitchenette facilities. We don't need someone to clean our room everyday. The room was quiet; the bed was comfortable; the bathroom was spacious with rainshower; the towels were large and soft. This was our favorite hotel on our travels through multiple cities this trip. We would absolutely choose this hotel again and have already thought about returning to this beautiful city for another week or two. While in Salzburg, one of our favorite activities was the Edelweiss Cooking School evening class with music. We enjoyed the Fortress and concert, the Old Town Walking Tour, and the Tour to Halstatt. But there is still so much more we did not get to experience. Salzburg is truly special, and for us Master Mirabell exceeded our expectations.

Location is GREAT. We walked to everything we wanted to see. Digital entry code worked very well. Communication via Whatsapp were timely and informative. We recommend Master Mirabell and will certainly come back when we come to Salzburg next time.

Very clean and well cared for. Maid service would have been nice. A in all, however, we highly recommend.

Really nice place to stay. Had some communication issues. When we called to check in they said we didn’t have a reservation. It was finally figured out and they were very nice. No instructions in apartment about WiFi password, rules or check out

Walkable to many of the popular places. Awesome shared trails for bicycles and walkers along the river. The city is amazing.

We had a great stay. Our apartment was roomy, clean and well appointed. Blackout curtains and a quiet street meant we slept well. Location was also great - close to the main train station and to Mirabelle Palace, a short and pleasant walk to Old Town. In addition, plenty of restaurants and shops. Checking in was a little glitchy, but management was very responsive. Overall, an excellent stay. We highly recommend it!

Great quiet property. Walking distance to Salzburg old town and the train/bus station. Laundry available in the building at no cost. Highly recommend.
