The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities, a wonderful location, and stunning views. We were genuinely excited to stay here based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a very difficult night after dining at the hotel. Several members of my family suffered from severe stomach pain and vomiting, which completely disrupted our stay. While I cannot definitively determine the cause, the timing naturally raised concerns for us. What disappointed me most was not the incident itself, but the response from management. Instead of showing empathy and focusing on the guest experience, the response was primarily defensive, emphasizing procedures and rejecting any possibility of responsibility without a medical report. I appreciate that the hotel follows food safety standards, and I am not making a medical accusation. However, when an entire family becomes ill during their stay, guests expect concern, understanding, and a willingness to investigate, not simply a defense of internal processes. The property is excellent, but customer care during difficult situations is just as important as facilities and food quality. I hope management takes guest feedback more seriously in the future.

The rooms were great — we loved the design and the view. They were spacious and very clean. The outdoor (salt) pool was fantastic. The kids’ playground, however, was a bit disappointing. There were two staff members there, but they weren’t really engaging or playing with the children — it would be nice if they were more involved. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, so thanks to the chefs! During the day, there were some gaps when it was hard to find snacks (except at the café). The café is a good option, but after all, we came for the hotel service and some extraordinary tastes. The massage service seemed a bit overpriced compared to similar hotels, so we didn’t try it this time. There was an ATV tour nearby, which was a nice activity, although the vehicles could be in better condition. Overall, we were pleased with our stay — thank you for the good service!

1. Parking lot was not well designed. No visible signs in parking lot to find empty places to stop the car, and no visible sign in the parking lot to find the access way to the elevator or to the lobby or to the rooms. No personnel was seen in the parking lot to assist the new comer. No exit sign in the parking lot was seen. 2. Housekeeping was strange. A) During the housekeeping time, they have collected used towels without replacing with new towels. B) Also they have collected the tooth kit from the room without replacing. Both mistakes in the same day!!

Limited area around the hotel for a walk, food quality and variety can be better

Almost everything good except the rooms are so noisy. Anybody talk in the corridor you can hear him easily in your room. I think the property need to be refurbish . most of the room are a little bit old anyway I like the hotel a lot.

Massive hotel with excellent amenities. Unfortunately it is not connected to outside world with public transportation . The hotel has no concierge to help out . However we were lucky with an employee Yekit who went out of his way to get us booking for transportation to Istanbul airport. We will redo it only if we rent a car at the same time.

The hotel is massive but nice. The food is very good. Cons: the place is surrounded by beautiful nature but in the middle of nowhere. There is no public transportation close by to go to the city. There is no organized airport transportation. The hotel has no concierge!

ELITE World Grand Sapanca is a great hotel in the mountains & forest of Sapanca, some views on Sapanca Lake, Wooden Style exteriors. Free valet parking for guests, spacious lobby with high ceiling. The resort has very clean rooms, very good balconies with 2 chairs, table, rack to dry swimming suites & lights for night. The bathrooms are big with wooden style interiors, coffee, water & cattle are provided with charged mini-bar, good TV & lot of charging sockets around the room, so many restaurants & coffee shops in the hotel, amazing Aqua Park with fun three slides, very good outdoor swimming pools for adults, kids & babies. There are 3 swimming pools with very cool water temperature, very good Pool Bar to serve delicious Pizza, Burgers & Pastas while swimming, they serve soft-drinks & ice-cream as well. There is Arcade, Gaming & Bawling Rooms in 2nd floor (some games with fees). There are outdoor play-areas for little kids by the hotel entrance. Nearby Coffee Company cafe, connected to the lobby, offers delicious deserts & sweet. At night so many live music are running in every corner (Resort Lobby & Restaurants). Very Good hotel for family vacation, leisure & holidays.

There is nothing close to the property. You have to stay there all the time.
