Did not let me check in until 6PM, room was not clean, pool was closed very disappointed

Overall Exellent, they should Improve the cleaning in the rooms and bathrooms then public areas , service absolutely wonderful, food, personnel , very very recomendable

If you want to stay near the historic center of Hermosillo, this is the place. With only 20 suites, and great service it was perfect for us.

The property was cleaning the restaurant is great but the room the sofa was duty you can’t sit on because you doesn’t know what is the dirty the refrigerator was dirty like the last client spill something in the refrigerator and the cleaning staff didn’t clean on the bed has two decorative pillows was dirty and looks bad because supposed to be clean bed. The bathroom was clean.

This hotel is extremely dangerous. Avoid at all cost.

Favorite place to stay at when I’m in Hermosillo. The hotel is beautiful! Definitely a place that you can go and relax and enjoy the amenities. I would recommend trying out the restaurant Quiriego. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly and attentive.

I travel every week, and have stayed at hotels all over the world. This hotel is the absolute best hotel, with the best staff that I have ever visited. I have stayed here maybe 25-30 times, and have never had an issue. I will always stay at this property. Thank you for the great service!
