It is the second time I have stayed at this property and we love it. The service is good and the hotel is beautiful. We have always enjoyed our stay here. All the employes are always willing to assist.

All good, the only thing i would like to recommend is hire more staff for important dates

Food options are limited

The location is on a hill so it is difficult walking. The tv is old, not a smart tv. The central air is noisy.

No sirvió la caja de seguridad y no la arreglaron. Pedimos toallas y jabón y nunca nos lo llevaron. La actitud de las personas de recepción fue pésima.

It’s a luxory hotel, however needs some improvements details like new tv and better menu restaurant.
