El primer cuarto olía como a mariguana y nos cambiaron a uno, pero era un congelador!

Servicio bien, habitación bien, solo olía a humedad cuando llegamos y la señal de TV falló, se reportó el problema y mantenimiento, lo resolvió

Lavabo tapado y tarda mucho tiempo en salir agua caliente en la regadera.

It was extremely noisy from the traffic The bed was hard as a rock The toilet would not flush and the shower was plugged over all terrible experience.

El hotel tiene instalaciones en buen estado y limpias. El gimnasio es pequeño pero funciona. Solicité “ room service”, demoró un poco pero fue bastante aceptable el sabor. El desayuno continental es sencillo, aceptable. Quizá le hace falta servicio de restaurante por la noche que no sea room service. El hotel está bien ubicado para llegar a Santa Fé.

I loved the room and the service however, sometimes I heard the sound of cars on the avenue and this interrupted my sleep.

Si bruscas un lugar para moverte en Santa Fe, es de las opciones más baratas, con lo indispensable en la habitación y cómodas. Solo podrían mejorar almohadas, toallas ya un poco gastadas y ropa de cama.

Great stay

Es la 2da vez que me hospedo en el hotel. Los recepcionistas son realmente amables pero no te ayudan a resolver los problemas. No me hicieron limpieza en una ocasión. Solicité 3 toallas ya que eramos 3 personas y pues no habia toallas disponibles. La variedad del menú es muy limitada.

The hotel is located on a major road with a lot of traffic at all times which makes it difficult to sleep. There were no towels when I showered.
