Overall, it's quite comfortable. The downside is that there's no power outlet inside the capsule, so if you need electricity, you can only use a USB cable.

My first stay at The Capsule was quite disappointing, especially considering the price I paid during the high season. My capsule didn't provide a blanket, so I often felt cold and had to use a towel instead. I only realized that capsule guests are supposed to receive blankets after seeing other empty capsules equipped with blankets. Furthermore, the air conditioning vents inside the capsule looked dusty and poorly maintained. The bathroom was also less than clean, with cockroaches infesting the room, which was certainly disruptive. The staff at breakfast were less than responsive, likely due to limited staffing. There were also no USB-C (C to C) charging outlets in the capsule, so I had to leave the room and charge my phone near the bathroom door, which posed a risk of losing my belongings. For the relatively high price during the high season, this stay was not worth it and was quite disappointing.

Cheap price for resting while waiting for the train departure schedule. Anything you want to eat is available around the hotel. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try breakfast.

The lower capsule is comfortable and clean. Complete facilities and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for solo travelers looking for a comfortable rest.

For those who need to sleep, it's worth it. The sheets aren't the same clean white ones as yesterday, there are marks, maybe they've been washed, but there's still dirt that can't be removed. There's no blanket. For those who need quiet sleep, it's not suitable because there are a lot of people there so it's bound to be noisy at times. But the place is nice, spacious but not cramped. There's a TV, AC, USB plugs for charging, and lots of lighting modes.
