Location was very nice, with a ferry tour on the 5 lakes. We booked a lake View room ,but you couldn't see the lake too good as the room was not on the lake side. They couldn't change the room but the receptionist assured me it's 'the best room' 🤭. Breakfast was ok, nothing special as the reviews on google. Clean, away from the noise, with some Caffès and fast food across the street .

Positives of this place: The lakeside view is beautiful The breakfast is really tasty. Negatives: We were given room 1, which should not be a room. You can see in the photo - it has many windows all looking at the parking lot of the hotel. You can't open the blinds at all as people are always walking thought there. Right across the parking lot is a very busy road, so you can hear cars and trucks passing by all the time. If you get lakeside view rooms, I'm sure this place can be a nice experience. If you get room 1 or some other side-view rooms that look into the parking lot... then not so much.

Really nice place with a good terrace overlooking a small lake, and the possibility to walk in the nearby park. The breakfast was fantastic, and the service very kind and friendly.. Good free parking in from of the hotel, and lots of spaces, next to the hotel The room was is really nice, clean and modern... We will definitely return...

The place is a newly built building in a quiet area, and it is clean. The bed was so comfy. The housekeeper did not do her/her job very well because the toilet was still dirty, they just emptied the trash bin. There was no teapot(kettel) in the room, so no hot water. The reception is closed from 8 pm till 7:30, no one is there so if you need help, well... Do not count on them. I left my key in the room, so I had to stay outside from 12 am to 7:30. Of course there was a phone number to call, but after calling the voice mechan talks Jn German which I do not understand. How irresponsible they could be!

The manager in this Hotel was very unfriendly on the phone. I wanted to make a reservation for a week, so I asked couple of questions about the rooms which were posted in their Internet site with pictures. I felt she was very uncomfortable to give me the right answers and she hung up the phone on me. So I called her again and she was making excuses that the line was cut off. She was rude and very unfriendly.
