I very much liked this place. And they did me a favor, I wasn’t able to use the purple bimi ticket, so they made a dinner option just for me, and I looked at the menu- the dinner was worth more than the cost of the ticket. They helped me out beyond what they needed to do, I highly recommend this hotel.

I had paid for 5 nights at check in. However, the meeting ended after two days. Although the hotel staff said it was not a problem, and gave me an update receipt at check out, I have not seen a refund for the 3 days I did not stay at the hotel. It has been two weeks since I checked out.

Convenient, clean, new, parking right next door. Plenty of food places around. Staff is efficient and helpful, can smile just a tad bit more.

Expected more for breakfast, but still a nice place to stay.

After a very tiring couple of days, I was so glad I picked this hotel to retire to. Right next to the Shinkansen station but quiet and spotlessly clean with a great sized room this was the perfect business hotel.

Breakfast is very good.

Make sure you get the Executive Level King Suite

The executive section of the 8th floor’s rooms are outstanding. Large area, plenty of room, large shower/bath room with window (can become translucent by a switch), a full size clothing refresher/steamer closet.

The view of the city and the snowy mountain is really good!

Simple but clean and convenient. Breakfast was also good enough.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel! Convenient location next to Komatsu train station with bus service to Komatsu airport on a clearly posted schedule! Checkin was friendly and speedy. Beds were firm but comfortable. Train runs nearby but not disruptive with the windows closed. 7-11 and restaurants just around the corner. Easy stay!

Near perfect hotel near JR Komatsu station. Definitely the first choice when back in Komatsu.

My first experience in my many visits to Komatsu. I was quite amazed by this hotel, the service as I walked in, super easy check in and check out, great location and an awesome view from my room. The room was spacious with some very advanced technology. I loved it and I already booked several nights for next week.

酒店地點一流，房間亦非常整潔，可惜房間內的設施全靠人手開關而非一抽門卡就全關，有點不夠環保，另外，設置在床頭的燈製位置剛好在枕頭上面，靠在床上看書時很容易碰到，都是可以改善的地方

駅直結のホテルで、一般的なビジネスホテルと比較しても、一部屋の大きさはゆったりしており、格段の広さを感じます。 　ウエルカムドリンク（500mLの水ペットボトル）や照明コントロール，電源など、いろいろなところに工夫が見られます。
