Great outside pool. Kitchen floor needed mopping

The staff were fantastic and so sweet to our kids. Apartments were spacious with great storage and everything you need for a short stay.

Beautiful property, walking distance to box hill hospital. Staff at front desk were kind, friendly and attentive. Room was beautiful, beds very comfortable and great shower. Was very happy with our stay

Great staff and easy walk to hospital

This is the second time here for an extended period in the last few weeks. The place is perfect. It’s a good location opposite 1000 restaurants, a station and it’s really easy to get places from the hotel. The apartment itself is so well kitted out, completely clean and just functional in a way that often apartments are not the fact that there’s a dedicated study in the one bedrooms is incredible. The Internet works well, the entire service and parking and is of access is brilliant. I strongly recommend it for anyone who has work they have to do while they’re in the apartment. I’m really noise conscious and it was completely quiet. Also, the apartments that are facing out to the park just have a beautiful view. The front desk staff were amazing on every occasion.

I think it’s really important to say that the one bedrooms have a study. It’s so rare to have anywhere in Australia have a dedicated writing room. I strongly recommend this place. It was quiet and just really easy.

Great staff and amenities

Everything was good when I first stayed at The Avani, The front staff was friendly and took notes of my complaints and tried to give me better beds which was the biggest problem a sore back, cause advertised as a king's bed, but it was only 2 old single beds put together. But when I became regular of that place, I was put in rooms that always had trouble with TV connection and worse were air control and heater problems which I had to wait for about 2 hours of my time to wait for them to fix. On my last check on 16 Oct. It was 10 am. on the dot, room phone didn't stop ringing and when I checked with reception, as to why she kept calling is it to chase me out? She answered, "she's only trying to ask me if I wanted to extend my stay". I saw the GM Antony and asked why it was advertised as King size bed but it was only 2 old single beds put together, why don't just put in a double bed would be better, His answer was, "Too bad, it will never happen".

Lovely stay very much appreciated for stay during work trip. Enjoyed the pod coffee but would love to have a couple more than 2 in the suite. Otherwise really happy with Everything
