The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My children like to stay here.

Simple and no-frill hotel but meets all expectations, the bed has got to be one of the most comfortable! Only downside is they do not provide bathroom slippers. But all is good.

The air conditioner is working perfectly fine on the first night of stay, but the second night is like a warm heat, we can’t cover with blanket cause is warm , my baby is hardly sleep as well. We’ve talk with the staff, he tried to adjust the fan. But still warm, overall the location and room is nice, staff is friendly. Maybe the air conditioner broke. Location is great, there’s bus station nearby and food market is nearby.

The hotel was fine but overpriced, like all the hotels in Perth for what you get. The only disappointment was no parking, so be aware that it costs $24-30 per day to park there.
