Phòng ốc cần tu sửa. Nhân viên chưa nhiệt tình,và không thân thiện lắm. Hôm mình check out ở khách sạn để chuyển qua khách sạn khác. Mình có để quên 1 cái túi ở phòng. Nhân viên không chủ động gọi cho khách để thông báo, mà đến tối cùng ngày mình liên hệ lại, thì bên khách sạn mới xác nhận là có để quên. Mình có hỏi lý do sao các bạn không chủ động liên hệ với khách, bạn lễ tân bảo là không có số điện thoại của khách. Hy vọng khách sạn cải thiện những điều này để mang lại cho khách hàng dịch vụ tốt nhất. Cám ơn!
