A beautiful bed and breakfast in a lovely old house. Our room was clean and comfortable and the area was perfect. Principe Real is not too touristy, but very cool and stylish with plenty of wonderful restaurants. We started every day with a top-notch breakfast buffet in their lovely backyard area. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay for a few days combining business with pleasure. The room was spotless & comfortable with the bonus of a small balcony. Breakfast was excellent with a selection of locally sourced/ homemade goods. A couple of things to be aware of: There is no lift, and the stairs are pretty steep. We were on the 4th floor so got plenty of steps in each day!! Check in is at 3pm, but you can drop your bags or pay a fee for early access. Late checkout is also available for a fee.

This is a very interesting hotel. It is in a very old converted building in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were very basic and the shower was one of the smallest we’ve ever seen. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nothing special. What made this place special was the antiques and art work that were found around the building. The staff were very nice. There is a nice patio on the lower level where breakfast was served. It was a basic European breakfast buffet. The building is very old so there is no elevator and you have to carry your luggage up very narrow stairs. We were on the third of 4 floors. Overall all we would probably stay here again.

This was such an amazing stay. I enjoyed it tons. The staff were exceptional, the food fantastic and the rooms beautiful and clean. The hotel was located in walkable distances.

Beautiful top floor room with balcony & air conditioning- absolutely loved it! We handled the steep climb and it was worth it. The staff are absolute gems - so friendly and helpful and yet very professional. The area is full of good bars and restaurants but the hotel itself is on a quiet street just off a park. Close to central Lisbon and the sights - this is a great place to retreat to. Staff recommended restaurants were excellent too

This hotel is awesome!! The staff is wonderful, the breakfast is very tasty and the rooms are cute and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Also it is located in a quieter part of LIsbon but still whim reach of many sites.

We loveed the location. Bed was comfortable breakfasts were excellent for starting a new day of exploring Lisbon. Would stay again on a return to Lisbon.

The facility is fabulous. Just fabulous. Convenient location. We could walk to so many key sites to see in Lisbon. Also, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Finally, the breakfast they serve each morning is amazing. So many options, plus they cook eggs to order. You won’t be disappointed with this location.

Great location, fantastic view and delicious breakfast

The property was lovely - such a great part of town with a park on either side. It's a short walk away from several different restaurants as well as a laundromat. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of items especially pastries but our favorite was the bacon! Our room was quite spacious even with the slated roof lines & our patio balcony provided great sunset views. If you're in the area, check out The Midnight Espresso!

All was ok but a bit noisey. I was woken up by people coming in and going up the stairs, running showers etc. I wore ear plugs abd that solved it.

This is a really lovely place, with lovely staff in a lovely area. For us it was an absolute pleasure to stay here, the breakfast was lovely, room was lovely- I would come back tomorrow if I could!

They have great breakfast and very friendly staff. All the products are self grown and ecologic.

We loved our stay at Casa do Jasmim! We arrived several hours early for our check in. They couldn’t accommodate an early check in to the room, but were more than happy to lock up our bags so we could go explore. They were finishing up breakfast, and offered for us to grab a coffee and a quick bite as well. Truly top notch hospitality after a long night traveling. The room was clean, staff helpful with dining recommendations, must-see parts of the city, and advising which trains to take for the next leg of our journey. The location is prime for taking advantage of all this beautiful neighborhood has to offer. We had a first floor room, and there was quite a bit of street noise at times overnight, but for us it was fine. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend to friends.

The place was quaint and lovely. The breakfast was great. A wide assortment of cheese, meat, eggs made to order, and small bite size dishes. What puts this place over the top is the staff. Priscilla, Mario, and our personal favorite Alex, were all exceptional and helpful with recommendations. We would recommend to any traveler.
