The hotel is well kept, very good location and the staff was phenomenal. The rooms are well kept and clean. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it and definitely I would stay there again. All the good reviews are legit

The main asset to this hotel are the staff. They make your stay. They are extremely friendly, relax and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very attentive. The hotel could do with some minor improvements like the shower door in our room didn't connect together and there is very little space to put your clothes (and even when there is they are on show). Really good location and loved the little touches like a welcome drink and leaving your suitcases secure on your last day.

The Hotel is in a perfect location! Close to everything, beautiful view of the river. Staff was kind, flexible and clearly wanted you to enjoy your stay! Breakfast was amazing and the rooms are simple and clean!

Beautifully located hotel. Professional staff who were very helpful. Breakfast was sparse, you had to pay extra for eggs and waffles. But I would highly recommend this hotel, it really was lovely.

Our 4-day stay was smooth and comfortable. Breakfast was small but diverse, and the regular coffee was the best I ever tasted! The rooms were large, and the beds large and comfortable. Excellent service throughout! Several people at the front desk helped with many things, from reserving taxis to contacting the airline that lost one of our suitcases. The only problem was a few loud motorcycles passing right outside the hotel on our first night, a Saturday, but that's normal for a hotel located on a busy street at the center of everything. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends!

Unique and sleek boutique hotel in the perfect location. Walked everywhere and was always a pleasure returning to my room. Wonderful staff and the breakfast with made to order lattes was always enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Staff was absolutely fantastic! Bruna went above and beyond for us.. I will recommend to all my friends. This hotel was right next to hop on off blue bus it was perfect to everything we wanted to do!

I absolutely loved and thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Exmo in Porto! I had booked this for only a 2 night stay and it was THE PERFECT HOTEL!! To say I loved it doesn’t tell it all. When we arrived, as well as for the whole entire stay, they were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The lobby and lounge area was cute and quaint and comfortable. I had the 1 double bed room on the third floor and it was a nice, clean, and welcoming room with a wonderful view of all the Porto must sees. The bed was SUPER comfortable, slept so well. The location was perfect as it was close to the river, restaurants, and the must see locations for Porto. They also have breakfast and coffee for free! This was such a great bonus! You’ve got to stay here when you’re in Porto!!

This hotel got 5 stars from us. Super friendly staff, the bed was heavenly, area was so quiet, breakfast awesome, close to our favorite pub Ryans and excellent restaurant RC next door with great duck.

Had a great stay, nice rooms and pleasant staff. Really near water front, historic centre 10 mins up the hill.
