Bright and clean decent sized room, bathroom was also a decent size and shower worked well. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

We spent three nights at Palazzo Scamozzi and everything about it was comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. And it was easy to walk to attractions, restaurants, and shops. A great place to stay!

Good quiet hotel centrally located in old town Vicenza, breakfast is good with a wide selection The room was clean and it had a good shower, however the bed sheets are stiff and scratchy and pillows hard

The room was comfortable, all facilities brand new. The hotel is located in the historic palazzo , the ceilings are very tall! Good options for breakfast. I would certainly recommend this hotel if you are coming to explore Vicenza!

I have stayed at Palazzo Scamozzi 5 times. This last 5th visit was rather disapointing. The bathroom was affected by some kind of malfunction, producing rather obnoxious drain odors, which also spread to the whole room. I asked for a room change, and it was denied. I asked for repairs, which were never done. One person who came to the room carrying a perfumed air freshener, as the only available solution, indicated that the same situation was normal with all bathrooms whenever it rained. Really???? Personel, this time around was neither friendly nor helpful - specially personel in charge of the breakfast, which reacted very discourteously when we appeared at the breakfast area at 09:45 AM - it seems that the final breakfast time is 09:30AM on all weekdays, something which was never informed to us. They then said that this is indicated inside the rooms - FALSE, it is not, at least not in room 202, which was assigned to us.
