Only breakfast is still uduk which has been prepared in front, coffee & tea brewed by yourself, plain water poured by yourself in a kettle lol. The room smells of axe oil.

Breakfast at 9 o'clock is no longer available. If you want to drink coffee, the place has been removed.

The room when I was staying for 2 nights is not really clean. Bed sheet was not clean as well and bath room kind of smell. In the app, the hotel is available to request late check out but fact hotel do not provide. And Receptionist need to learn how to give a good service.

The hotel smells of cigarettes and is not clean.

The socket is only 1 position near the bathroom door, away from the table. When I charge my cellphone & while working on opening my laptop, I have to slide the table & block the door. The breakfast that is prepared even though there is only 1 menu but the portion is very, very small, such as the portion of angkringan rice.

This accommodation is the same as shown in the photo.

I arrived at Linggau at 11 am and 11:30 am arrived at the hotel ... but the receptionist told me that the check-in could only be done at 14:00 ... so it was too long to wait

Mattresses are not clean, old breakfast, breakfast menu.

The receptionist was not friendly especially the women, ignorant and the sheets were former people (not replaced). Westavel is very dirty and the glass in the bathroom is opaque because it has never been cleaned. Clean hotel, good service, right.

The room is on the 1st floor, so from the hotel lobby we have to go up the stairs first. There is no elevator. The food is just normal. When we leave all the menus in the restaurant empty except for fried rice and egg soup, which according to my friends the second order is not recommended.
