I really liked the hotel's ambiance; it was very nice, and the food was very varied. The check-in service (dressed in traditional Vietnamese clothing) was excellent and informative. However, it was a shame that the lady in the black blazer wasn't very friendly when I checked out. The lady in the blazer could be more welcoming to all hotel guests in the future.

A very nice and comfortable hotel. You can also request a halal breakfast. The staff are very kind and helpful. They even inform you via WhatsApp when Fansipan Peak is clear so guests can have the best experience. I tried the restaurant on the first floor and also tried the spa on the 11th floor. The service was very satisfying and excellent. If I ever visit Sapa again, I will definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing experience stay at KK Sapa, nice view, staff friendly, modern room design, and clean. Superb breakfast and the restaurant was good, various kinds of food and drinks are available.

I think the most impressive thing in Sapa is this hotel. Everywhere it rains and there are lots of tourists. We had dinner at this hotel, it tasted delicious, and the price was affordable. Thankfully, we really enjoyed our time at KK Sapa.

Highly recommended for Indonesians. Upon arrival, there's a lounge and bathroom where you can unpack your luggage. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Muslim-friendly food options include delicious rice and roasted chicken. It's within walking distance to the center of Sapa.

The hotel has a beautiful valley view, the food is good, and the room amenities are excellent. Although the hotel is not very new, it is clean and well-maintained. It truly deserves praise.

Our stay here was very nice. The location is great and very convenient. The only thing is the central AC was on heating mode as I went there during winter, so the AC in the room wasn't as cold as I wanted it to be, but open the windows a bit and it's comfortable.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the bed is very comfortable, the distance from the city center is close, the atmosphere is very comfortable and nice.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay with KK Sa Pa. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with the only downside of a sewage smell coming from the toilet. Hotel is strategically located and have plenty of facilities like pool table, well equipped gym and an indoor pool. The stay also came with a complimentary herbal foot bath for one. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of variety. Would stay here again when visiting Sa Pa!

I don't like the laundry service at the hotel. My shirt is thin, so the laundry service knows it, but after washing it, they didn't pay attention. When I got home after 2 days, I put my clothes away and saw that my shirt was ruined. I'm so bored. The shirt is not expensive nor cheap, but I can only wear it for 1 time and then it's ruined.

Every time I return to Vietnam I stay here. The room is spacious, beautiful, very convenient to move to surrounding places.

The hotel is very close to the town center, just a 10-minute walk to the center of Sapa. The view is quite beautiful, overlooking the valley. You can shower before and after check-in, which is very useful since the arrival and pickup times from the travel agency don't coincide with check-in and check-out times. The food is quite varied and quite tasty.

Staying at this hotel was very pleasant. I arrived at the hotel very early in the morning and the hotel staff gave us access to a special room to rest until it was time for us to check in. We were also able to take a shower in the swimming pool so that we could do activities in Sapa first even though we couldn't check in yet. The room was the Premier Room Valley and the room was very spacious, complete and nice. The breakfast at this hotel is also the best, I like everything about this hotel, although the distance from the hotel to Sapa Station must be taken about 15 minutes on foot but it doesn't matter because there are many shopping places, places to eat that can be visited and enjoyed. If I have the opportunity to return to Sapa, I will return to stay there.
